Emmanuel Boitier - Natural forest
Looking for some natural forests is quite impossible nowadays in many parts of Europe. In my area, it is possible to find some little patches of ancien forests, not really natural forests, but it looks like I hope. In the massif of Forez, you can find for example old places with Silver firs. Some haven't been exploited for years (some says for at least 200 years), and it's always a great sensation to walk through them, while you are expecting that a Tengmalm's owl is looking at you.
