Hard wind is ususually not desired if you want to photograph dragonflies or damselflies. But sometimes it can help you to take a picture less obvious. In this case, the hard wind in combination with the partially clouded sky caused strange reflections of the reed in the water, providing an almost psychedelic background for the 3 damselflies that were trying to hold on to the stem they were sitting on.
