Oriol Alamany - Following Mom
Kelp Goose (Chloephaga hybrida) chicks following their mother at the beach in Sea Lion island, Falkland Islands. For years I dreamed of travelling to the Falkland Islands. But the trip was very expensive and I had to postpone it again and again. Eventually the opportunity came in 2010 and for two weeks I travelled and photographed at several of its islands. But when I came back home the daily work has not allowed me to work on the material I obtained there: thousands of pictures that I still have to edit, identify and process. This is one of them. Hope I can work on them soon!
