A Mediterranean red sea star walks over the leaves of Neptune’s seagrass in search of prey.
Don’t get her wrong, she is a slow but ralentless predator that feeds on immobile invertebrates attached to the plant. She’s able to run at the dizzying speed of five centimetres per minute, which still is light speed under the perpective of her quiescent victims
