Zoltán Gergely Nagy - Wolf of the reeds

Golden Jackals fighting for a fish at an abandoned fish farm in the heart of the Danube Delta. These adaptive predators have learned to profit from the scraps of the old fish farm, where people continued to put fish out for them once it closed down.

I think their traditional Hungarian name – wolf of the reeds –  fits them really well, as they tend to prefer wetland areas, certainly here in the Delta.

It`s easy to see their temper in this pic, followed by the story of it in words! Thanks!
