Bruno D'Amicis - Enduring bad weather

The weather forecast seemed horrible, it was cold and raining and everything was telling us to stay home. But some cold wind coming from the north might have still changed things. So we’ve decided to go out anyway, betting on that place close home which I knew so well. The place nobody goes to but where we could hope for the unexpected. We’ve started walking in the rain. Then the rain became a snowstorm and this eventually transformed into a whiteout. It was wild and powerful.

Two hours passed bay as we kept struggling just to walk or to breath. But the sky slowly cleared up to award us with some amazing sunset light. When two red deer finally walked on the stage, giving a hint of life to the composition, the magic was complete. We just pressed the button. Our eyes were full of tears and our hearts full of gratitude.
