Theo Bosboom - The flow

The Dynjandi is the biggest and most famous waterfall in the Westfjords. For me it is also one of the most difficult waterfalls to photograph, because it is pretty hard to get away from the obvious pictures and often you get very wet from the spray from the waterfall. During my last visit, I decided to climb a hill beside the waterfall and was attracted by some beautifully coloured rocks. I photographed them with a couple of small water streams and some green moss. If I am struggling with the big picture, it often helps me to focus on the details and intimate landscapes instead.
