Theo Bosboom - Looking down


Latrabjarg in the Northwest of Iceland is supposed to be one of the best places in the world to watch and photograph puffins. It is a remote location, although you can reach it by car. Beside the fact that you can come really close to the puffins if you want, there is another big advantage of this spot and that is the great mood. Especially around midnight, when the light in june is often soft and beautiful.

In this picture I have chosen to show the puffin in its environment and to include a part of the landscape. It almost seems like the puffin is enjoying the beautiful scenery too.
