Roy Mangersnes - Penguin sunset

 

It never stops to surprise me when we see the Galapagos Penguin. These birds are the northernmost Penguin species of the world, living only on the Galapagos Islands more or less on the Equator. There are not many left in the wild, and with the expected El Nino on the way we might actually see this amazing bird gone in a couple of years. I feel privileged to have experienced them in the wild, and I sure hope to see them again some time.
