Iñaki Relanzón - Little Bustard

 

This Little Bustard (Tetrax tetrax) was in front of my hide, few meters far away, during the reproduction days. In order to call attention of females, this birds choose a small range, and display and jump, and fight in this way vs other males arond,

    It is a very odd looking bird. It seems as though he has a cobra's head. Nice capture; wierd bird!
