Jaak Põder - In the rain

 

People predict rain looking at how high/low barn swallow (and other swallows) flies. The lower, the more likely there will be rain soon. Sometimes it’s raining so hard that even swallows prefer to sit in the bush and wait it out.

    Lovely shot, Jaak. I really like the swallow's expression and how the tail is coiled. I guess it could benefit from a little more overexposure: it looks quite dark on my monitor. Cheers!
