Heike Odermatt - Snøhetta

This image I made in the Dovrefjell–Sunndalsfjella National Park. I was there with a good friend and photographer. It was amazing to see that two photographers, each from a different corner of the area, the same motive had in mind and finally came to exactly the same place together to make his picture. My friend with a Hasselblad and I with my Contax 4,5×6. Sometimes, an area seems not large enough to stand on each other’s feet 🙂

A good composition in a rustic landscape. I really like the colorful of vegetation contrasting with the white snow and gray rocks.

Nice with all these colours in the snow. I like the Nordic countries. In the past I have visited: Norway, Finland, Iceland.
