Alex Mustard - Floating In The Big Blue

Autumn brings shorter days, with the sun lower in the sky, which underwater leads to dramatic sunrays spearing down through the blue. When the water is calm, at least. With such beautiful light, the aim is find something, anything, to photograph in front of it. In this case a jellyfish out in the blue in the Marine Protected Area of Portofino, Liguria, Italy.

This is not just something as a foreground, it is an incredibly beautiful jellyfish! I love the light too. I am not a diver, but this picture (and your talk at the GDT festival) makes me want to try it.
