Sandra Bartocha - Cotton Grass

Sometimes it is hard to get up in the early morning … as you never really know what is to be expected. My experience is that it doesn’t matter if there is the perfect sunrise or the fog in the bog (;-)) … it’s just good to be outside, feel the air and be open minded about opportunities that might arise.
This image was taken on such a day …
It was not a really good landscape morning … the sun came up too fast … without any clouds and I decided to concentrate more on the intimate landscape details – such as this patch of cotton grass – backlighted by the rising sun.
