Sven Začek - True wilderness


Spring melting in a boreal forest makes the usually quite small rivers run wild and create all kinds of foam patterns. In some places excess water starts flowing almost backwards to create these circles. I love slow shutterspeed photography, because it really takes some getting used to, to predict the final outcome. And even then you can always be surpised by how the final photo will exactly look. Most often than not the surprise is positive 🙂

    Great shot eyes are lost in the movement of water and also the colors, the atmosphere of the scene, I like it!

    And then you need to explain at home that there are no downward drafts in the forest brooks', it's just an effect of taking the pic.

    They seem black holes!!! I felt suddenly in the outer space. Beautiful water colours!!
